Cramps

So as I said earlier ive been having stomach cramps & diarrhea the last 3 nights. Last night my stomach just cramped afterward for awhile. No blood or discharge, just cramps. Im 7 weeks. I dont even know if thr dr could tell right now if my baby is ok. If I was having a miscariage, wouldnt I be bleeding, or cramping more than just at night? Should I say its just my stomach or see the dr?

Yea i had diarreah when i found out i was pregnant up until week 8 and lots of light cramping ,just like a dull period pain and they probably finished about the same time . Just keep ur eye on any bleeding and if the cramps become really painful def go c your doc :-)

My friend had REALLY bad cramps, granted she was drinking (she didn't know she was pregnant), but she still cramps really bad to where she is in tears. she's 32w with a healthy baby girl. like they said, no blood, no worries.

Ur fine! I had cramps up till i was about 8 weeks and i still get them  its jus ur baby growing.. and the diarrhea.. id rather have that then b constipated!! I jus used the bathroom the first time this mornin in like 5 days.. and i also had diarrhea around week 5 to 7 so i think its normal.. jus ya body adjusting!

When I miscarried there was bleeding. I think they say not to be too concerned as long as there's no blood.

i would definitely go see your doctor, you can see the babys heartbeat from as early as 5weeks as i have, hopefully everything is ok and an ultrasound will put your mind at ease, good luck
