obsessed with my weight

So when I was pregnant with my son who is now a year and a half at thw beginning of the pregnancy I weighed 150 lbs and that is quite a bit for me since I am only 5 foot 2. By the time I had him I weighed 209 lbs. A year later I was down to 133 which is what I was at the beginning of this pregnancy. I am up to about 147 or 148 and now I am always hungry so I am terrified that I am going to gain a bunch of weight again especially since I am getting married six months after I have my baby girl. I get so obsessed with my weight that I don't even want to eat

You need to eat. Pregnancy involves weight gain, and sometimes a lot of it. You do damage to your own body as well as risk your childs health, it is not worth it. How you look on a wedding day pales in comparison to their health and growth.

And it's for a reason - eating when you're not hungry? That's one thing. Being hungry? Different. You're growing life while still supporting your own, it needs the calories to do this and that comes from food. If you didn't need it, you wouldn't be hungry.
