I'm having sharp pain in my lower back. I was trying to sleep and changed sides to see if It helped and it didn't. They are so uncomfortable and painful!! They happen like every 10 seconds. I'm a FTM, just worried. I'm almost 23 weeks

How low? Like almost in your butt? It could be your sciatic nerve because of how the baby is positioned. Not dangerous. Just really uncomfortable for momma.
