I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I ate crawfish 3 times last week since it is Mardi gras! The sodium might make you sweet but besides that you should be fine. Seafoods that you should avoid are seafoods high in mercury like shark, swordfish, and king mackerl. Tuna is low in mercury but I still avoid it. Also fish that are from polluted bodies of water, like some trout and bass. You can Google fish that normally come from high polluted water and fish high in mercury. Also, no raw seafoods!!!! But as of crawfish, you'll be fine just eat them mild not to spicy!
