In the middle of my house. I got every dizzy out the blue. Then felt every faint. What's going on? I'm now laying down!

I got blood work done last week. My iron came back 8.5 I've only been taking my regular prenatals & not the gummies. I'm gone pick some gummies ones up today.

The iron is big issue if u didn't treated as u should honey, start taking u'r iron it is not something will happen  over the night to get it back , u need to eat what ever contines iron & keep healthy.. Do not get lower than 8 in u'r iron levels please thats my advice as very anemic mummy :)

My iron is low. She told me to find some generic vitamins to take along with my Prescription vitamins.

You might need more protein but also see if your doctor will check your iron level
