Question on how many weeks I am

If the hubby and I did the deed on the 12th or 13th of July how many weeks would that make me? Doc said I only measured 5 weeks 2 days but I got my period between the 1st and the 5th. Idk what's going on. Just freaking out because I saw nothing in the ultrasound.

I got my soon at 6 weeks three day and you can barley see it it looked like rice and took awhile and a vaginal ultra sound
