I had an on call doctor tell me it was ok also, I'm a pharmacy  technician and I asked the pharmacist because not for anything I feel like they know more about drugs since they've studied them and that's what he told me. I wouldn't trust it. I did take benadryl or claritin I believe one of those two can't really remember to help with the congestion and it helped me

I would go with what the hospital says, they know best, I took Night quill once or twice and was fine.

I just called our local hospital, they told me to take it if absolutely necessary and that it was safe but not to make it a regular thing.
