Should I be worried?

I'm 14 weeks, and for about the last week, my arms have been aching now and then. A day or two here, and it's back again currently. It feels almost like growing pains, in my upper arms, going down to my forearms. I can kinda feel it in my fingers, and it also happens in my legs a tiny bit, but considerably less often and less noticeable. At one point it went on for like 2 days straight. At first I thought I was sleeping weird or something.

I have a couple theories.

I'm an artist, so I'm already prone to carpal tunnel. I'm wondering if maybe pregnancy is making these symptoms appear? But does it usually come up this early?

Maybe it's the increased blood volume?

My blood pressure and everything has always been fine, and it was checked recently. But... I don't know. Did anyone else have achy arms?

When I stretch my arms upward in any scenario, they ache like I've been working out. My doctor said it was from all the extra blood and not to worry about it.

Yes I felt like I strained it because it was so swollen but its normal from what my doc told me. Baby could be laying on a nerve or increased blood levels it varies if it gets worse call ur doc.
