Ok- who shaves?! who waxes?!

I've always shaved but am considering waxing after today. And you know where Im talking about! :) Im just about 16 weeks with a little but visible bump and already finding it difficult! Plus today i got a lovely knick- ugh! Do i have anything to worry about? Infection?
But anyways i can barely stand my eyebrows getting waxed- how the heck will i tolerate down there??!!

How do you stop it from being itchy after you shave? I did it once but it felt like someone put poison ivy in my undies lol so I havent done it since. I'm 32 weeks tomorrow so I can't see anything but I really don't want a jungle down below..9

Had to reply @ Mrskeener about home wax.... Were you going to attempt an at home bikini/brazilian wax, because if so I would not recommend it!!!! I tried it (not while pregnant) and it was a living nightmare! There were pieces of wax all over my private and wax was all over the bathroom stuck to the floor, etc. I also tried the strips & half of it didn't even stick. I've gotten 2 full brazilian waxes in the past & it was surprisingly painful but I thought it was worth it because it stayed smooth for a while. I would never get that done while pregnant but to each her own!!! I am sticking to the "blind shave" & hoping for the best.

I've tried blind shaving and using hubbys electric razor but I can't stand how much I miss and it grows so fast. I had it ALL waxed several months ago before my wedding I was 5 weeks pregnant it was AMAZING and the girl was really fast. It didn't hurt that bad felt fine after it was done. Bald for 5 weeks :D thinking I want to do it again before delivry and stitches

I've been blind shaving as well. I'm to the point where at least If most of It Is gone (that I can feel), I call It good lol. My boyfriend loves to tell me all the places I've missed and how there's huge chunk of hair here and there and I told him he can do It for now on, and he actually agreed to It... but Idk If I trust him lol, It hurts to get cut down there. =-/ I agree that men's razors does the job a lot better. They're made for shaving a hairy beard and so It's 100 X's better shaving a hairy jungle down there haha.

I blind shave and also use my fiances (not his anymore) 5 blade razor. I have a 4 blade women's one but it doesn't work nearly as well as his. I use mens schick hydro moisturizing shave gel. Its also for sensitive skin. Works wonders :)

It barely bled, mostly irritating like a "shaffing" (spelling?) feeling w/the underwear line and pantyliner! Anyways! I also use a mens razor but a skintimate smell good foam!

I use my hubby's (no longer his, either hahah) gillette 5 blade razor too, it works so much better than woman's razors, I think!! And I use Skintimate shaving cream

Make sure it doesn't bleed. If blood gets on ur panties change them. Be aware if going pee changes. Such as burning or itching. Should be fine. I bought myself an electric razor Luke ny hub uses on his beard. Its not all gone but makes ne feel better when I don't feel like using a razor.

On that note... what razor and cream do y'all use? I've been using my hubs Gillette 5blade. (No longer his) with barbosol (sp). I prefer foam.

I've cut myself a few times, no infections yet, my advice (if you think you cut yourself) use toilet paper or a white towel to check it first because you'll have a heart attack when you cut yourself down there then put on white panties and see blood, ohhh boy, I was using a mirror down there for about 5 minutes inspecting until I found the cut and could breathe again because I knew it wasn't from the baby, haha, shave slowly too so it's not as bad if you do cut yourself.

I also blind shave.. pretty sure I only get about 70-80% of it because I can't see it all, haha. I'm 36 weeks and looking forward to going back to normal, that's for sure!

I started waxing a couple months ago. It hurts especially the under arm area but it lasts longer and its better for your skin, well mine at least. No razor bumps.
