Decaf Coffee

So I know your supposed limit your caffeine intake while pregnant but I am a big coffee drinker. Today I went to this coffee shop and get a 16 oz of decaf coffee.  How much decaf is safe to drink? Is decaf better for you than regular?

200 mg I heard is fine.

Decaf hardly has any caffeine in it so you can drink pretty much as much as you want

I drink regular coffee but only a cup a day, decaf still has some caffeine in it believe it or not but it's fine

My sister drank regular coffee her whole pregnancy so I think decaf would be perfectly fine:)

Decay is perfectly fine, it's not technically caffeine free but it has a much much lower content. I wouldn't make it like the only drink you drink all day but I'd say drink up.

I'm curious too cuz I've been offering decaf my whole pregnancy so hope it helps
