Dehydrated

I woke up this morning feeling lightheaded and constipated should I go to the hospital since I already fainted twice yesterday?

Lightheadedness could be because of something else.  I feel faint etc when my blood sugars drop low *gestational diabetic* and eating something sugary makes me feel better. Could also be other things such as iron deficiency/anemia etc.. Drink lots of water, and makre sure you are eating often. For the constipation eat food high in fibre, and failling that ask your doc for some laxatives such as lactulose that should relieve you. If you are drinking plenty and eating enough and still feeling this way i'd call a doc for advice or make an appointment. if it gets severe, ask someone to take you to emergency room. If you don't get it again i'd still mention it to your doc at your next appointment, you may need some blood tests. good luck

Push fluids and seek medical attention if the extra fluids don't help.  I will say that to anyone who is feeling dehydrated not just expextant mothers.  Fainting could also be a sign you had stood up too fast or your blood sugar is too low.  I don't know your diet but if you are feeling lightheaded add a few more carbohydrates in as snacks during the day or sit, if possible lay down and have a nap.  Sometimes the cause of fainting is unknown but get some rest it sounds like you may need it.
