I did. They never told me though that I couldn't go to the dentist until 13 weeks and so I had an appointment earlier in Sept but didn't get my teeth scraped because of the calcium being taken from the baby and teeth being sensitive. In all of my papers I have fromy doctor there's nothing about teeth hurting or anything. I do have TMJ but this is a little bit different than that because it hurts if I push on my gums and my tmj doesn't do that.
My mom tells me that baby take a lot of calcium of you and that its normal if your tooth were to bother you. But it's also good to keep them clean :) & keep up with your dentist app. You didn't get a paper from your doctor letting your dentist know that your pregnant and what to and not take while pregnant .?
Check with your doctor about what your dentist can and can't do within what timeframes. I actually had a wisdom tooth that came in wrong. My doctor didn't want me on any major pain meds he was ok with local numbing they removed the wisdom tooth. On the other side some dentists are hesitant to do alot with pregnant women. Wish you luck.
