I'm 24 years old and I have a history of depression, was diagnosed with it at a young age. It's a combination of things: am I going to be a good mother, will I have the means to do this, will my bf (not the father) stick it through with me. I also have the horrible habit of over-thinking things. Just hard to enjoy this whole experience when I'm worried all the time. /:

That's something you should talk your doctor about.Maybe even family or friends. If you don't mind me asking what's wrong? I have been depressed and I had to start thinking about the life of my children.

Have you had depression before you were pregnant? This is something you want to talk to your doctor about. I used to see a psychiatrist to help and took medications for a few years. Now I've learned to manage it with a lot of anti-stress techniques but it took a lot of practice. I still have bad weeks sometimes. I'd be more than happy to share some things that work for me.
