I had my nt scan at 12 weeks. Tech said boy and was confirmed at 20. I have a beautiful one month old baby boy right now. Congrats!

At 13 weeks my doctor said she thinks it will be a boy at 17 weeks it was confirmed. I'd say count on it being a boy but wait for it to be confirmed at 18 weeks just in case because its a bit early. But when they confirm it make sure they point out the penis

At 14 weeks its really hard to tell on ultrasound since external genetalia isn't always fully formed.
