Did you get stretchmarks...I know this sounds vain...just curious!

Its my second pregnancy and i have NONE!  God I hope they dont star showing at the end brcause this belly is getting biiig!

So there is hope!  Glad to hear all your experiences!  These are the things that people usually don't talk about but nosy people like me like to know...especially now that I am pregnant!

I did wind up with stretch marks on the under side of my belly.  I was so large that I didn't see them until I was trying to get video of the baby moving in my belly.  When I went back to watch the movie I screamed for DH to come and tell me they WEREN'T stretchmarks!  I got a mirror and sure enough...big ol stretch marks hidden!  :)

Now that skin is so stretched out that my stomach looks like a charpae (sp?) puppy when I bend over...but that's also because I gained more weight than I should have.  :)  Good thing I never wore bikinis to begin with!  LOL!

They say if your mom had stretch marks/has them, then your likely to get them!  But if you gain weight stedily and exercise daily, you can avoid them!  The itching that happens on your stomach is your skin stretching and if you don't put lotion on it to help soothe, it'll give you stretch marks!

I only made it to 12 weeks pregnant and I had HORRIBLE ones that started like 5 weeks after getting pregnant and I got them on the upper parts of my legs!  It is horrible!

I have them! But they do fade. When you first get them they're like BRIGHT red/purple but then they fade to silver shimmery marks.
