Diet Rite
Hello i have recently been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I was just wondering about drinking diet rite while pregnant? Any suggestions?
Im diabetic since before my pregnancy and i can tell you that doctors do not recommend any sort of splenda or crystal lite kind of stuff during pregnancy. They suggest you avoid it in general but its a big no no during pregnancy
Aspratame is in any soda even sparkling water. However I was told by my mother in law not to drink soda in general but especially not diet. The reasoning I'm not completely sure of. Probably artificial sweeteners.
Diet soda is a no no during pregnancy. It has aspartame in it. My dr said no artificial sweeteners!
