Even if your daughter can't breastfeed you can still pump for her, it'll help lose weight super quick! And yogurt really is good for a sweet tooth, especially frozen yogurt for me! And baby carrots with hummus, or fresh broccoli salad are yummy snacks. And healthy granola bars would be great for pre-run. And grilled chicken or salmon after would be great!

It's normal to put on weight during pregnancy  it's definitely not healthy trying to diet while pregnant. Most of the weight is baby and fluid. Once you give birth and breast feed you'll lose the weight in no time. My friend a few weeks after birth looked like she had never been pregnant and had been working out at a gym. She actually weighed less than she did pre pregnancy.  She also had an 8lb baby. Breast feeding helps you lose the weight.

Also if you eat smaller healthy meals throughout the day that will help as well. Eating one big meal is not healthy for your body

I wouldnt skip dinner. Skipping meals is even worse. You need those calories. A healthy dinner and then a jog would be good for you.

Dieting is definitely something you shouldn't worry about when pregnant. Just eat healthy snacks and you'll be fine. Remember this is our only shot to make sure baby gets everything they need, and dieting can make you sick as anything the baby doesn't get, they will take from you, making your bones more prone to breaking, illness etc. I have gained a little extra weight too, and even though I hate my stretch marks, it feels good knowing those strong kicks are coming from good nutrition and care for baby. Besides, many women bounce back to pre baby weights faster than you may think, especially when breastfeeding!

LOL this made me giggle. Im 25 weeks and im also 4"11 lol yesterday I was looking at recent photos taken of me and I was like OMG am I really that big?! Lol I dont think a diet is good for baby but it wont hurt to znack and eat healthier things. I notice that I want a snickers Ice cream for a snack but instead ill go for a fruit parfait with yogurt. I splurge here and there but hey were pregnant lol. Dont stress on it too much though, my weight with my last 2 kids came off quickly. I hope the same goes with #3. Im just focusing on not over endulging on my unhealthy cravings :)
