Hi there. A really good plan is to eat healthy and exercise. That alone for many women will control weight. But when pregnant isn't a time to lose weight. You don't have to go crazy and gorge just because you are pregnant. But instead, still eat a healthy meal, three times a day with a healthy snack in between.

Dieting is not a good plan while pregnant. Why not just change your diet? Start eating clean?
Don't diet while pregnant. Worry about that after you've had the baby.
Don't take fats out of your diet, your body normally needs fats and baby needs them very much. If you are going to eat healthy that is fine but "low fat" just means more processed so keep that in mind.
By limit i mean no junk food and only eat healthy
You should not diet, yes tou can limit what you eat and stuff but not any less than like a 2000 calorie a day and even then you need to bump it up to atleast 2500 a day by the 2nd and 3rd trimester
