Difference between teas!?
What is the difference between raspberry tea & raspberry leaf tea? Some people told me about raspberry tea bringing on labor but then I see a lot of people on here talking about raspberry leaf tea?
Raspberry tea is just flavoured tea, raspberry leaf tea is made from the plant, supposably brings on labor.
Raspberry tea is raspberry flavored raspberry leaf is made from the leaves. It only strengthens your uterus
It won't actually bring on labor. red rasberry leaf tea is said to tone your uterus which will make labor and contractions easier theoretically. A lot of mid wives recommend it. As far as the difference I'm not entirely sure but it's the leaf tea you want :-) hope this helps.
