Hello dere tommorow i will turn 39 wks nd i have an appt wit my midwife. can i be dilated even though i havent had no contraction?

Lol I know the feeling. I was so excited to get checked. But then nothing and still nothing at 38 weeks sooo depressing lol

i got checked at 38 wks.

yup! :) just the pressure of the baby engaging can cause dilation without contractions
