cramping/tightening

I am 22 yrs old and 8 weeks 2 days pregnant,  ive
Been having bad cramping and stomach tightening
It hurts really bad at times... makes me dizzy and nauseous
..does anyone know what this can be?

That doesn't sound normal, I heard light bleeding and cramping is normal but not heavy of either. Id call your Dr or go to an er.
