I had one miscarriage and a missed miscarriage. With the miscarriage my symptoms went away. With the missed I still felt pregnant sore boobs morning sickness everything. The dr says its cause my body still thought I was pregnant even when the embryo wasn't vialble. I know this can all be very scarey. This pregnancy my mom bought me a fetal doppler which eased pretty much all anxiety. I was obsessed with the thing until I could feel baby moving.  Right now just try to be healthy, and stress free. And order yourself a doppler :)

Stay off of google! Lol I get yelled at by my nurse for worrying about things and looking them up. She said she's gonna take my modem away if I don't quit lol. Missing a miscarriage isn't that common and it's silly to worry over things like that honey. Everybody pregnancy is different and If you're not in pain or bleeding, you're fine. :) remember that you can always call your Dr and the nurse should answer any questions you have that will be specifically related to your baby. Google is satan. Lmbo

Try and find a fetal heart beat doppler. I just bought one online... (off amazon) and it took a few days before I could find the babys heartbeat bc I kept hearing mine. But once u hear the babys you'll know :) its fast and sounds like a galloping horse like everyone says. It'll ease your mind trust me! I thought I was having a missed miscarriage and then I heard the heartbeat today and everything seems so much better now!

Hi :) My first pregnancy I had a miscarraige.  This is my second pregnancy and I was worried that it might happen again. Reading stories about it is scary. You just cant let it get to you. When I had went to my appointment I had heard my babys heartbeat for the first time and all the worries went away! Im 16 weeks and 3 days :) Just dont worry about it and be positive! :) I hardly have any symptoms either except for the basic. No nasea :) If anything its here and there. But we have it easy haha. Just relax and congrats! :)

I was the exact same way! I never had any morning sickness or any other pregnancy symptoms and was so scared right before my appointments in the beginning because I thought I had lost the baby. But I am happy to say that my little girl is at 34+5 and going strong! I still tend to worry a lot, but I just keep myself fairly distracted and try to stay in high spirits. Try not to dwell on the 'what ifs'. I know that is hard to do, but stress is not good for the baby either!
