Because you would have been extremely early on in your pregnancy, it's not uncommon for there to be little or no symptoms. I found out at the hospital as well that I was 3 weeks pregnant my hcg was 128. A few hours later had risen to 145. Long story short I went on to miscarry at about 6 weeks with NO added symptoms! No pain, no cramps, clotting etc. I had spotting my whole pregnancy and my only sign of miscarriage was one slightly more red spot when I wiped. That's it. My dr. Told me that I had a very rare form of miscarriage effecting only a small amount of women. My body refused to recognize the miscarriage and continued thinking I was pregnant until eventually the baby shrunk smaller and smaller and just reabsorbed into my body. Likely, what happened to you was a very early miscarriage, maybe you were only a week or 2 along, so there wouldn't be many symptoms of miscarriage. Either way I am so sorry for your loss hun. No matter how big your baby was the pain is heavy when it's lost. For me it still hurts every day. Best of luck!
Of they checked your betas, and the numbers went down plus they saw nothing on the sonogram, that is indicative of a miscarriage. You'll probably start to bleed in the next few days. If not, you'll need to go back in for a d&c.
Did the second test came out positive with the hcg? Sometimes the yolk sac could be too small to be detected in ultrasounds but a blood test should be able to determine.i think.you could still be pregnant.but there are so many factors that can cause period delay. Id say wait for a few more days and take a test again.hopefully you get what you wish for:)
I forgot to add that my last period was oct 13th.
