should i be worried

Ok so lately I've been having strange cramp like contractions I know what contractions feel like and I was having them but these feel so strong and strange and even touching my stomach hurts while it's going on when I lay on my back they come on I woke up this morning went to the bathroom came downstairs to make food I feel a little wet down there but I hav been having discharge forever now so I thought it was the usual after I use the bathroom I get it got a napkin to wipe it it was a little brown or red not sure but I saw a streak of blood in it with my first never had a bloody show or mucus plug or w.e so is that what's happening or should I go in because I'm not suppose to see streak of blood

Yea I can't get a hold of my doctor idk how y'all can do that which is why I'm switching after baby is born but I did call my nurse advice line and they said to go in so I'm on my way now

Call your doctor and let them decide if you should come in or not

So does that mean I'm dilating how long did it take and should I go in I'm supposed to have a c section and they dnt want me to dilate too much before they do the surgery so should I tell them that happened

My doctor had told me if you see a streak of blood in your mucus plug than that means your cervix is changing. I had my baby 4 weeks ago, and the doc was right I had dilated from a 1 to a 3 after seeing the streaks of blood in my mucus plug.
