what do you think?

I started bleeding at 3am yesterday and didnt quit till about 5pm yesterday, it wasnt enough to fill a pad but every time I wiped there was bright pink blood, I think I lost a bit of my mucus plug this morning, ive been having alot of pressure on my vagina and ive been having contractions all night but they arent regular. And I have felt sick to my stomach since yesterday.
I am 39w1d, and I am already 2cm and 80% the last time they checked which was last week.

Could I be in early stages of labour?
