Try drinking a TON of water or gatorade to bump up your pressure. Ive had blood pressure issues for a long time and I ended up having to take a medication to make my blood pressure increase. But I did find that when I would drink at least 10-12 water bottles a day that I would feel a lot better.
Talk to your doctor about how you are feeling. Good luck
With both my first and second pregnancy i had very low blood pressure which caused the dizzy spells! My doc wasnt concerned he said a low blood pressure is much better then a high one and low blood pressure in pregnancy is not uncommon!! Now if it gets to low and ur fainting i would be concerned and head to the docs or Er asap!!! Hope this helps!!! Good luck!
Drink water and eat something small. It could be low blood sugar or dehydration. I had dizzy spells, my whole body would get hot and I would almost pass out if I didn't lay down quick. My dr told me it was probably dehydration. It stopped happening once I hit the 2nd trimester.
