Do Braxton Hicks hurt?

Do Braxton Hicks contractions hurt your stomach like gas pains and squeeze your tummy tight and cause a crampy feeling in your vagina?  
Or are bh painless?

Mine hurt bad. Sometimes put me in tears and I can't do anything or move. So each person is different. Each pregnancy is different. With my first 10 years ago they were painless.

Depends on the woman and baby. Mine hurt like hell since my son moves around a bunch, he irritates my uterus which makes me get really painful bh.
