twins arrived

hello everyone. I have not been around for some time. had my twins on Mar 4, 1 days short of 38 wks, I was scheduled for induction on Mar 7. Started off with some light spotting and then water broke at home. After some pushes,  had to have c-section because one baby's heart rate dropped every time I had a contraction. Both babies are great. Birth weight was 5.1lbs and 5.4lbs. Both 17 inches long. Both came home with me on Mar 8. So far things are ok. Sleepless nights, lots of diaper changes and feedings. I now have at least 4oz breast milk every 3-4 hrs when I pump. babies are not ready to latch on so use a nipple shield to get them started. It feels different to me a mummy now. Thank you all for your support during my time of need of advise.
