Doctor Visit

My doctor told me to come in at 11 weeks for my first prenatal visit. I'm currently 6½ weeks. Then I called today to ask her some questionsand she said come in at 12 weeks.... I understand she wants to wait until she can see the baby more clearly but still! Won't I just about be into my second trimester by then? & on top of that me and my hubby/boyfriend/fiancé thing wanted to tell our families at 12 weeks or before then and we got so much to do and i feel like there's so little time yo get it all done. Am I feeding into this too much or no?

I'll definitely head to the free clinic if I get to agitated.

Go to the hospital or immediate care clinic and complain about cramping they will immediately do ultrasound and all the necessary test to put you at ease until your appointment. I had to do this since I couldn't get into my new doctor until 12 weeks

You'll be okay if you just do everything normal, honestly. Prenatals are at the store, I never even took any for either pregnancy of mine and everything has been perfect.

My doctor already talked to me about prenatals but I find it pretty ridiculous that she's putting it off like this

I 1st went to a free clinic they did an ultrasound and a pregnancy test I was about 6weeks and I went to my dr at 10 weeks

I went in when I found out at like 5 weeks. Get pregnancy confirmed, went for blood work and a pap. You should be able to go in.

If your not having pain baby but you still have to see a doctor

You should look for another doctor because you need to start taking your prenatal pills for the baby and you'll get a ultrasound in a week or less . I was 9 weeks when I found out I was pregnant and I went to the clinic I got my prenatal the same day , but I was already taking them before , and I got a ultrasound in the next week . and you can see your baby at 6 weeks and up.  My sister got to see it at 6 and 7 weeks
