Doctor said they want to see me ASAP Monday!

I have been having complications since after I found out. I am about six weeks I guess. Sonogram lady said from friday a week ago I acyually had a yolk sac! Gave me hope! Well this last Friday I went in and the yolk was the same size with nio growth. They took my levels again yesterday and just called to tell me that within 2 weeks my level quadruppled in two days. Now since then I have only gone about 1000 more. I had the appointment scheduled for Wednesday but she said that I HAVE TO come in on Monday. The levels are slowly going up I guess but there is no growth and definatly no HCG doubling. I am wondering what that means. Has anyone been through this and what should I expect to happen? Can something turn good out of this? I have had brown spotting for 3 weeks now. So far no cramps or pink or red. Boobs still hurt but not many other symptoms anymore. Help!!

Thank you soo much. This was a pregnancy based off of penicillian (tooth pulled) and 7 years of birth control. Also not being able to have children. I hope this is my miracle baby. I will keep my head up high. Only god knows what is in store. I put it in his hands.

i can really tell you whats going to happen, but dont loose hope yet. go see what they have to say monday. sometimes our little beans are late bloomers. dont go for a d& c just yet. have they told you to do bed rest? it might help. my sister bled the whole time she was pregnant with hers. her uterus was tilted which caused the bleeding. her children are fine. ultrasound tecs are NOT always right, poor machines and not fully trained tecs can lead to misdignosis. me for example by my lmp im suppose to be 7 weeks, but my cycles are 31-34 days. first u/s on 10/18 they could not see anything. sec which was at a ER they could see a small sac. fri i went and and had another u/s and seen the sac and a yolk sac. she said everything was fine that i just had ovulated  and maybe inplanted later. so really im just a lil over 4 weeks . on the 1st ov nov they done my hcg levels and they were 1340. the 8th they had went up to 1598. they said that is fine. so theres more hope for me to.  get a sec opinion if you have to. i would... i cant promise everything will be ok, but keep your head up and let nature take its course. ill be praying for you

Gives me more hope. The HCG levels ( I should put on the backburber for now) I hope do go up. As for the same size as it was 7 days ago and still no fetal pole- that does scare me. Do most people go on to have a D&N or missed miscarriage? Can some go on to have healthy babies? The sonogram lady has been monitoring me the last 3 weeks and she has another lady call me oin the blood. But then I had a real doctor I have to see this week and I saw him three weeks ago when I first started spotting brown. There was a lot of blood around the sac and was putting pressure on it. I spot off and on all the time (2 days on, 3 days no spotting). Weird. I had to appou=intment for Wednesday and the HCG level lady said NO- Monday! She said my levels are not going down, but baby has not grew at all- so I need to get checked out. Think this could be a progesterone thingy or something? I nmoticed right after I started taking prenatals that I was spotting, but that was about 4 days after I found out I was pregnant. (still was early).
