Abreviations, what does this all MEAN?? questions;

What are all these abbreviations, someone pelase tell me? and what is a missed miscarriage, i've heard of.. there are more letters used for terms used on this site than i can count.. i'm pretty new, can someone PLEASE fill me in?

D&C is dialation and cutterage...it is a procedure used to get all the stuff out of your uterus if you have a miscarriage.

dd - dear daughter
ds - dear son
kwim - know what I mean
bbt - basal body temperature
tww - two week wait (the two weeks after you ovulate and before you can test for pregnancy)

and also a missed misscarage is when the baby dies and your body does not know it and the uterus keeps growing for some time. you prob wont have any sighns  of this

DH=dear husband
AF=aunt flow
BFN=big fat negative
BFP= big fat positive
CM= cervical mucus
D&C=not realy sure what it is but I do know it is what the doc's do after a miscarriage
