Does It Cost For An 3D Ultra Sound.?

Does it cost for an 3d ultra sound or does your medicaid pay for it.?

In Nevada no insurance, including Medicaid will cover for you to have a 3D-4D ultrasound, since it's not considered to be medically necessary, so we will have to pay $245 for it, but that's ok because it's totally worth it =0) We did it with our first son and it was so amazing to get to see what he looked like, and then when he was born he looked exactly like he did in the 3D-4D ultrasound.

My insureance would not cover it, I got it done just for fun. But with my last baby, the dr.'s office would do it as a "gift" and they were covered by my insurance.

My medicaid covers it in full... but it comes as part of the ultrasounds at my clinic so I think that could be part of the reason. I'm not allowed to get ultrasounds just because, there has to be a medical reason.

medicaid wont cover it its normally around 120 dollars.
im on medicaid and thats how much i had to pay.
