Does this look like a gestational sac to you???

Okay guys, I'm officially 5w4d and yesterday (5w3d) I was playing around with the ultrasound machine while I was alone. I'm a Labor & Delivery nurse :). We don't have the probe to do a vaginal ultrasound since we only see patients 20w and greater, but I'm pretty thin so I thought just MAYBE if I push down hard and low enough behind my pubic bone I could see something. I've uploaded a picture of what I saw. I can't show it to anyone at work and get their opinion because I'm still keeping it a secret for now. I don't want to make it public just yet until I have a good idea if everything is going to go okay. Thanks for your advice :)
