Hi, I have never been this tired in my life. I'm use to going all the time and this is so different for me.  Any food out there to help me go?  I woke up this morning having energy and then a hour or two later exhausted....I sleep good a night except for peeing every 4 hours...any advice would be nice :-) thank ya

Thanks for the advice : ) Appreciate it : ) I'm tired even typing this.  This better go away by 12 weeks or I am going to quack!  Tired of living in bed sleeping all the time...but I need to listen to my body.

Yeah this was my worst symptom, just so you know, it does get better. Around 12 weeks mine started lightening up so I hope you'll have some relief soon. I have a pretty fast-paced life too, work a lot, didn't sleep much...babies have a way of making you do what THEY want you to do, even in the womb. Consider it training for motherhood lol.  I went from sleeping a max of 6 hours a night to sleeping 10-12, with occasional naps thrown in. Fell asleep in my baby cousin's little chair on Thanksgiving with the family all around me, and my friends made jokes that when we went out shopping they could always find me sitting down resting in the furniture department...which they could lol. So let your body rest, it's doing some massive work over there, and know that you should feel better soon. :)

this is a common sign of early pregnancy and its due to the massive changes your body is going thru in preparation for your pregnancy, a really good pregnancy vitamin can do wonder so if your not already on them get some, also keeping your diet full of fresh fruit and veges and low G I carbs as well, making sure your getting enough lean meat is also good as this keeps your iron levels up. Fluid intake is alsobecessary so make sure your getting about 6 glasses of water per day, try and go for a 5-10 min walk everyday (ha), and do rest when you need to, if you feel tired and can have a rest do, its your body telling you to slow down abit, nothing wrong with having a nanna nap an hour after you've woken up !! All this should settle once the first trimester is over
