Dog symptom sympathy

I haven't been been feeling well the past couple days and I've noticed my dog seems to be a little down herself. Sleeping more, loss of appetite, etc. Could she be having sympathy for her pregnant momma or am I just imagining this? Anyone else experience your dog acting to your own symptoms?

Same as the first comment my pit bull won't leave my side and she is prancing around by the door when I get home and she's 9 years old trying to look like a puppy lol

My yorkie just sleeps and barely eats these days. I was thinking of getting another dog to help cheer her up. I know once my baby gets her she's going to feel so left out bc she sleeps with me and was practically my first born lol

My shih tzu seems to mimic my moods.. when I'm sad he's not as playful & sits under me, so it could be.

My cat has been! She sleeps when I sleep, eats when I eat and does not leave me alone. If I feel sick she will hiss at anyone who tries to come near me!
