The same thing has been happening to mine for the past week or so ! I'm 37 + 5 weeks and I'm 17 , ftm
Omg I'm only 30 weeks and 21 ftm as well..it happens more in the night and girl that **** hurts..congratulations by the way
Drink a lot of water, it helps with the cramping. You're probably a bit dehydrated. I get them a lot at night if I don't drink enough water. The bathroom breaks are annoying but its better than the pain
Omg yess ! It hurts so bad i heard you need to drink water for the cramping .
It's a muscle spasm! You'll get them through pregnancy but definitely drink TONS of water (:
When it happens in that spot it's commonly referred to as a "Charlie horse" and yes, it's about the most painful thing known to man. I woke up screaming with one early this morning and know it'll be sore for a couple of days. Put your leg out straight and stretch that muscle by pulling your toes up towards you. It really does help. Eat foods rich in potassium and keep yourself well hydrated to help in prevention.
Geekmom1213 is completely correct!!!
Yes this happens to me all the time only when I'm laying down I was told its normal not sure how true that is though
Omg I Was wondering if it was pregnancy related lol. It hurts horribly I'm just surprised cause I eat a banana everyday and drink water but it has only happened like twice to me. Very painful
Iremember havingg those w.my 1st pregnancy & it hurtsssss!!!! Can isay that again? LOL
I used to get them alot even before I was pregnant but once I started eating bananas more, I rarely get them.
Normal during pregnancy! Leg cramps, they suck! Try stretching your calves before bed, drink lots of water, and potassium helps but apparently they're just a normal part of pregnancy, some women get them really bad and some don't at all
