I'm lactose intolerant and yogurt and cheese make me sick. I get calcium and vitamin d fortified orange juice and drink a ton of it. :)
i use the neskik chocolate powder to get the milk down otherwise i bork. i've been eating lots of cheese to and taking vitamins that are vitamin d + calcium
Yeah I have to make my milk into chocolate with nesquik. I eat cheese I love the blocks is cheese
I have the same issue but it's only white milk I don't like so I drink chocolate instead and I eat a lot of food with cheese
They have calcium vitamins, or any other dairy product. Yogurt, eggs, cheese...also broccoli asparagus. Probably much more maybe Google if this doesn't work for you
