Help I don't want to be induced I have 14 days and if I don't go into labor Im going to have to be induced. What can I do to bring on labor naturally???

Someone told me about pressure point . Google "pressure points to induce labor" . She told me she did it on her ankles & went in labor 15 mins later.

It's really not that bad all they really do is put done medicine in your IV called pitocin it starts your contractions but if your already dialated a little bit you can just ask if they will break your water instead before giving you the pitocin that will usually jumpstart things pretty quickly it's not really any more painful than labor is supposed to be and when they break your water it doesn't hurt its just like they are checking your cervix and they put a little stick with a hook on the end to grab the amniotic sack and rip it open so all you really feel is them checking your cervix which is pretty uncomfortable don't worry about it i went into labor on my own with my daughter on xmas morning and my doc broke my water to push things along and then with my son they gave me the pitocin its really no different

Ill be induced Sunday, if I don't go on my own and I'm 37+2! I've lost parts of my plug but it still doesn't look like labor is near, I'm getting induce due to elevated blood pressure!! And baby is already saying to weigh 7lbs6oz.. and my original due date was may 22!

Does getting induced hurt? I've been told how they do it and to me it doesn't sound pleasan..

Sex, curry, walking and sex......I'm afraid thats all you can really do.   It;s annoying to say that it won't come until its ready, I hate hearing that myself (I'm 8 days overdue) but none of the above seems to have hurried my little monkey up any :/ x
