Hello I just recently found out that im pregnant with baby number 2 I have been experiencing very sharp pains in my lower stomach my first trip to the ER they confirmed my pregnancy but levels were low. But yesterday I felt as if I was going to faint. I went to the ER my levels had risen but grom a ultrasound they seen the sac but no baby. The diagnosed me with a possible ectopic pregnancy. And to call my obgyn asap to seevif she could get me in for more test. I thought I was around 7 weeks but the lady at the ultrasound in the ER told me I was not that far along yet. Were praying its just to early to see the baby. Im currently awaiting a call from my doctor to see if she could squeeze me in today. Please everyone I need all the encouragement I can get this is very devastating to my family.

Hello guys this is my first pregnancy and you guys dont need to worry about nothing they told me to always think positive and everything will be fine just don't stress about it you be fine

When I was pregnant with my 2nd baby I went to the er for the same reason as you. And they told me they only seen a yolk sac but they said it was good to see that because that is what is feeding the baby. I called my Dr right away and they made me wait a week. I went a week later and sure enough they could see her. It was just to early when I went to the er.. my baby is 2 now and happy and healthy. I hope this helps and I know it's hard not to worry. Ive read alot of posts on here and everyone always says it could be too early to see the baby. Someone said they didnt see the baby til the 12th week. just try to relax and take it one day at a time. Stress will only make it worse. Are you having any kind of bleeding or just the sharp pains? I get pains all the time in my stomach and it still worries me a little bit but i try to focus on the other things it could be instead of going straight to the worst possibility. The dr says shes fine so i just do my best to take care of her. This is my second pregnancy too. Good luck. I hope everything works out for you. Just relax.

The ER nurse told me they see the sac but dont see a baby I was never told this with my first pregnancy when I went to the ER this early as well. Im just keeping my fingers crossed for the best thanks everyone. Knowing that someone had the same thing happen to them but now have a healthy baby is a little relief. But why were they so qick to tell me it could be an ectopic pregnancy

Thanks cathy im just having sharp pains and I cant help but worry an my doctor office has yet to call me back about something so important it just makes me so mad
