Dropping Levels

Hi Everyone,
It so helpful reading all your comments.
This is my first time being pregnant. I am 5weeks along  right now. I had  3 blood tests down so far. On the most recent blood test my doctor told me my hcg was rising, but my progesterone was had dropped from 12 to , 9 and then 7. I am really worried now. I went in for an ultra sound and they a saw  sac but no fetal pole yet. The  nurse said I am at where should be at 5 weeks, but I just have to wait and see. My doctor prescribed 200 mg of prometrium once a day.  I am miscarrying. Any Answers Would help thank you.

i think as long as the hcg values are good u should be safe.prometrium is progesterone.the first three months of pregnancy need progesterone to sustain it. If ur not producing enough of it,u have to be on progesterone support.good luck for a safe pregnancy!!!

I have seen other post about low level prost.    You were told you are on track so that is good. I know it can be a factor in MC but you can get Hormones supplements.  I hope the prometrium works out for you
