BH or contractions? please help. 22 weeks ftm

I've been to the er twice with contractions. Once was bc my placenta was bruised due to physical trauma and the second time was due to a severe kidney infection. I had an extremely bad emotional stressful day today and I'm having a lot of pain. My lower back hurts so bad to do anything, my vagina and butthole are feeling like there's a lot of pressure, and my abdomen keeps tightening along with period cramps very sharp ones. I don't have any bleeding. My discharge is very light. Could these just be BH or what?? I know it's not round ligament pain. I'm also extremely nauseous and dizzy. I have felt him move. He's actually moving right now.

I completely understand no worries! They told me to lay on my left side and drink a lot of water and if it doesn't go away in a hour or I experience bleeding to come in!

(Not trying to be mean at all but I would feel aweful if there really was something wrong and you just relied on an online forum for advice and not professional advice instead.)

Call your doctor and nurse and tell them your symptoms and concerns. If you are really feeling bad and have had issues already with trauma and infections you don't need to guess or rely on strangers. We can't know for sure what your situation is. Only your doc will know.
