Dry skin!

I have found that I have terrible dry skin since getting pregnant! Over my face lips and hands, just can't get rid of it!
Did anyone else have this? What did you do to clear it?

I'm the same way my face lips and feet are so dry. It makes me so made I've never had dry skin before I've always had soft skin. I don't like it but I'll put up with it for my baby.
