During And After Baby!

I had a cute shape before i got prego lol i put on pounds and i know i will put on some more because I still have 4 more months to go but what are ome excercises that wont harm your baby? I need to go back to my normal size after lol ive been eating like a pig :/ and how long does it take to go back to your normal size?

Thanks :) im def about to start excersing nothing harmful though. I just cant let myself go after i have my baby. I know a lot of women do. Its not as easy to lose weight than it is to gain lol

It took 9 months for our beautiful bodies to form our little miracles give it 9 months to go back but cant do it on its own during pregnancy lunges squats and walking then after doctor gives the go ahead after baby you should be able to get back in shape any way you see fit

I had my daughter 2 months ago...my stomach is flat again but after birth, my hips got wider. Dang birthing hips lol. I only gained 16 pounds with my daughter and delivered at 38+3. I lost all that weight but my shape is definitely different

Breast feeding ***** your stomach back in, and u can pretty much do any gym excersize that isn't too strenuous for you . Don't lift any weights that are too heavy, don't do anything ur body has too much stress doing
