Dying hair during pregnancy?

Is it ok to dye/ bleach hair during pregnancy I'm in my 2nd trimester and really want a change. But don't want it if it will harm the baby. Has anyone ever colored hair while pregnant?

And when you do do this process make sure you are an open space. You don't wanna be smother like have some windows, doors open! :)

Yes you bleach/dye your hair!!! Just when dying your hair make sure its ammonia free or what not! And for bleach I would you the powder && the volume liquid and mix it up to make my bleach that way!! But yeah you && ur baby will be fine ,thru my whole pregnancy I dyed my hair 3 times. && I got like 3/4 different colors in my hair lol! ;)  && I'm now 36 weeks!!!

Yup! I did with drs permission. As long as you're out of your first trimester in a well ventilated area, bleaching and dyeing is totally fine

Bleach it in a well ventilated area , that way you aren't breathing in the fumes. I've died my hair so many times with pregnant. You'll be okay!

Dye yes, bleach not so much... they say ammonia free dye and in a well ventilated area. I suggest getting it done professionally and keep in mind the pregnancy hormones affect the way your hair takes/holds dye

It's perfectly fine. I just dyed part of mine purple and I'm 27 weeks and 5 days. My doctor said as long as it isn't done repeatedly it's perfectly fine. Just watch breathing the bleach in if you do it yourself
