I eat all hours of the day. I even wake up in the middle of the night to eat! But ive realized i can only snack! Full meals turn my belly & make me feel sick. I try to take in as many fruits and veggies as i can instead of junk! Do y'all know any snacks that will fill me up for at least a good 15 mins!? :'(
Try toast with peanut butter, oatmeal, drink a full 8 oz glass of water and have a piece of fruit before you eat anything every time. That will help fill you up
