Early Pregnancy Symptoms normal?

This is my first pregnancy and needless to say im nervous. I'm just wondering if it's normal to have pretty minor pregnancy symptoms at around 6-7 weeks. I've only had the sore breasts, a bit of fatigue and some light cramping off and on (which I asked my doctor about and she said that's normal.) No spotting or bleeding or anything. So many women I've heard have nausea which I have absolutely zero. I have my first ultrasound on Dec 22 but Im just terrified that the baby is not growing as it should or something... Any thoughts or reassurance would be very appreciated!!!(:

I'm 7 weeks now and I experience tender breasts and fatigue, as well as nausea every now and then, though I don't ever throw up. My doctor said that's completely normal and some women go through their entire pregnancy without having a bit of nausea. It's still early though.

Ur still very early so some pregnancy symptoms may not show up until later on. But everyome is different. Some have nausea some dont. And your baby is still a very tiny little thing at this time. U may have spotting later on but as long as it isnt heavy or just a light pink color, then that is normal.
