Early Ultrasounds

Hi Everyone,                                                                                                                                                       I'm 6wks 3day pregnant according to an ultrasound today. Went to ER because i started bleeding heavy but no pain no cramping. ER doctor told me no fetal pole or fetal heartbeat were found, but they did see a yolk sac. Told me to check up with OB in 7-10 days. I'm terrified and crushed by his findings considering he showed no concern basically told me i was having miscarriage and send me on my way. If any one out there has gone thru this please let me know how everything has turned out. Praying for the best. Thanks

Thank you all for your support and comments. Went to doc office yesterday and had another u/s. she found nothing, no more sac no more anything. This is my first mc so i have alot of different emotions going thru me right now. But i believe things in life happen for a reason. Don't know just yet why this happen but i feel god will bless me with my little girl (already have two handsome boys Marcus 5 and Johnathan 4) when the time is right. I had the same thing happen, went to the ER at about 6 weeks with bleeding/spotting, they saw NOTHING but a gestational sac... Long story short I am currently 21 weeks pregnant... hang in there hunny, some women bleed and go on to have perfectly healthy babies! ER Dr's are HORRIBLE when it comes to early pregnancy, in my experience they have absolutely NO compassion. I will keep you in my prayers, please let us know how everything turns out.

going through the same thing in the past 2 months I have been told that I had misscarried, then I was told at 10 and 1/2 weeks that there was no fetal pole and they would have to do a dnc, now I am being told that there is a baby but I still could miscarry. It is very depressing but keep your head up because a baby may be there, give it some time.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news,but its possible you did mc especially since you were bleeding so heavy.somtimes women dont get much if any cramping at all.some women do bleed during pregnancy,but not normally heavy.the fact he only saw a yolk sac at 6 weeks gone does suggest mc.im really sorry,and i hope when you do go back the news will be better.
