Early pregnancy cramping

I'm 5 weeks today and I've been having some on and off mild cramping. No bleeding or spotting. Should I be concerned? The only symptoms that I've experienced so far is tiredness, breast tenderness and going to the restroom a lot for both purposes.

Cramping is always going to happen, at least that is what my doctor says . But it can be prevented with being hydrated. Cramping can come from being dehydrated

No new mommies experience things early because its your first time being pregnant. If you not bleeding your fine if you do start bleeding go to the hospital just so they can make sure you don't miscarriage.

That's actually how I knew to take a test. I've been cramping and had tender breasts for over a week and missed my period. I had never experienced that before. I just get worried that the cramping is a bad thing.
