I just don't eat the things on the nono list and eat anything else I want.. although now that I'm 35 week's I sleep pretty much the whole day so I just eat a big meal :) kfc's potatoes and gravy is so yummy ..
I eat generally healthy most of the time, but i like my junk food too. I still had pizzas and burgers, and takeaway. Everything in moderation is fine :-) x
At the beginning I was quite anal about what I ate, because I was paranoid about having another miscarriage, but eventually when I had cravings I'd just indulge. Lol I try my best not to, & 95% of the time I eat healthy so once in a while doesn't hurt.
Most of my diet is healthy fruit, yoghurt, veg fresh meat, avoiding as much processed meat as possible. But once a week I indulge in something that is only ok to eat in moderation ;)
