Eating dirt!

Can eating dirt become a problem in my pregnany I don't swallow it I put it in my mouth & spit it out but chew the left overs. Sometimes it's soothing to me. Need advice!

Omg girl, same here. Dirt and ice. The smell of it just gets me going. It's always been a habit though. Lol

Tell your doctor right away. It usually means you're iron deficient.

That could be a problem especially if it is a new symptom. You could be low on certain nutrients or vitamins you need. If it's old habits then be worried about germs, bacteria, parasites and foreign objects that can be in the dirt.

Yes. You might be ingesting cat pee or any animals urine

honestly I would talk to you dr about it . there's so many germs and bacteria out there I would be worried about getting something like tape worm
